    Thank you so much, Stephanie, for those kind words. It has been a very interesting 10 years to say the least. The industry has changed and matured so much over that timeframe. Of course, there are many remaining growth needs and opportunities. I am, however, very optimistic about the future in this space.

    I expect we'll see you named affiliate manager of the year in the near future since you do such a great job! Thank you again for this complimentary post. It has been a joy to work with you as well.
