You go through the fire, and come out the other side with a better understanding, a little smarter, and a lot closer with your new BFF.

¡Que paciencia tienes!

Re: Road Trip from Hell

Kathryn would be perfect...the real question is, which celebrities do you want to play your parts :) ????

...and *Ann can be played by Juliette Lewis

Re: Road Trip from Hell

That would be an amazing idea! Can we get Kathryn Bigelow to direct? Or M. Night Shamalan?

Re: Road Trip from Hell

This was so entertaining Dina. This would be a great quick indie movie, that zips through like crazy. Talk about tenacity. So glad you gals are both okay. EJ is awesome, and so is John, glad to know you all.

I feel bad for *Ann, if you read this, learn from this, forgive and forget...please don't let people wait, its not nice, and most of all...just be upfront.

Re: Road Trip from Hell

OMG - I love all the drama! It sounds a bit scary, but I had to laugh at the way you described the events.

What about Andy? Did he survive the road trip?

Get better soon Dina - I'm sure there are tons more exciting adventures in your future!

I'm looking forward to seeing you guys soon too! As soon as I'm better, I'm going to work on my visit/ apt hunt trip :)

Re: Road Trip from Hell

Wow, all I can say is wow. I caught some tweets and was very concerned for you and here I am now reading such a crazy adventure. Are you sure we should be thinking of a bus trip from Boston to NYC for Audience. Although if we do I'm keeping a camera on you 24/7 because crazy just gravitates to you and it is fun for the rest of us to watch. I hope you feel better soon and we can't wait to see you because our fun little mermaid is looking forward to seeing Miss Dina soon.

Re: Road Trip from Hell

I’m speechless…That’s beyond insane. … I learn rule #1 the hard way too. Never ever ever ever ever go with people you don’t know perfectly …. danmm that's a lot in a very short time ... crazy ....

PS: I hope that you will heal quickly Dina

Re: Road Trip from Hell

Side note/ update: I CAN'T BELIEVE I FORGOT TO MENTION THE PART where we ran into Ann at the show!

I was coming up the stairs at the Belmont and she was going down and after she got a few steps past she yelled FREAK! and ran away. She must've been talking about herself, clearly. She also ran over to where Steph and I were standing chatting and put a hex on my phone. Strange kid.

Re: Road Trip from Hell

What a horror show. Now my head hurts again. Funny stuff though, Dina. :)

P.S. I'd love to know why I was on the floor as well.

Re: Road Trip from Hell

Uch.. what a nightmare. I know that trip sucked, but the details are extra gory.

One thing you should also remember is that you should never travel in confined spaces with people that you don't know *really* well. I learned that lesson myself 2 years ago during a trip with a bunch of *real* friends and one freeloader who caused nothing but fights between the rest of us.

Re: Road Trip from Hell

I am so honored to have the very first guest post on your blog. This story will go down in history as a lesson to all that social media doesn't make someone your friend, and never fly far away to go somewhere close, and all that stuff.

#substandard

Re: Road Trip from Hell

Yup that is the story in a nutshell. Thanks Dina for doing my first guest post. I am never going to have to tell the story again from now on I will direct everyone to this post. You rock.
