Thanks for a great read Steph. I had a semi blog called aptly Lazy Divide where I blogged about IM both offline and online but I let it die. It then got a breath of fresh air a few months ago when I started fat blogging because of James and Shawn. Sadly, I let it go as well.

But, now that I have gone to ASE09 I have come back with a realization that blogging is not for "them" it's for me. I really appreciate your tips on avatar unification across the board. It has gotten a fire under me to get noticed, and make some Moolah!

Great post Steph. For many people starting a blog can be a big step and I think you laid out how "easy" it can be. Just write about what you love. Eventually you will find your "voice" and you will get a better feel for what people want to hear from you.

And the other excuses like "I don't have enough time" or "Nobody cares what I write"? LAME. Just do it. It isn't as hard or intimidating as you might think.
