Thanks everyone I can't wait to start. I am going to go buy my Nike Challenge gear, pick my running buddy by the end of the week. I am also going to get involved with http://c25k.com it is the Couch to 5 K running program. If you are new to running and want to do the Summit Challenge I would recommend checking that out as well. I plan on blogging about the challenge myself and my challenge buddy go through. :)

so what's your goal. if you've got till august 14th that is. 24 weeks roughly. if you're going running make sure you ease into it, and stretch. otherwise you'll spend half of those 24 weeks recovering.

I wish there wasn't any running involved. I have always been awful at anything sports related. How about I walk on my treadmill :-)

I can't be your buddy because I've already started, but I hope that you will join in! I think it's a great way to get those of us who sit in front of desks all day off of our rears and doing something for our bodies at the same time that we are doing something for charity. :)
